Collaborate With Us
At Rhon Studios, we believe great projects are built by great people. We are a growing studio with no revenue yet, but with original IPs in development and a clear vision for the future. These opportunities are voluntary collaborations with no salary but with real and transparent conditions.
What We Offer
Full Transparency
You will be officially credited in all games and projects you contribute to, ensuring your work and contributions are properly recognized.
If a project you co-develop generates revenue after release, you will receive a previously agreed-upon share based on your level of involvement and contribution.
Our goal is to build a stable team. As the studio grows and secures funding, outstanding collaborators will be given priority for future paid positions.
Work on real indie video game projects and gain hands-on experience in professional development workflows, including design, programming, art, testing, and publishing.
100% remote collaboration with no fixed schedules, making it easy to balance with studies, work, or other projects. Tasks are organized around each team member's availability.
Upon completing your collaboration, you may request a personalized recommendation letter highlighting your skills, responsibilities, and contributions to the project.
Important Notice
All collaborations are formalized through a written agreement specifying the role, revenue-sharing conditions, and terms of the relationship. This does not constitute an employment relationship. Rhon Studios operates with full transparency.
